Why “Hosea House”?
While the ladies of Hosea House are fans of a good party; they realize that a wedding is more than the Cupid Shuffle, cocktails and cake. It is a start of a marriage, it is the beginning of your lives together and we want that to be at the center of each decision we guide you through. That significance and belief unending love is rooted in scripture. We hold the Book of Hosea dear, much like we do all of our couples who have found love in one another.
Do I really need a wedding planner / coordinator?
We like to think of ourselves as investment insurance. No matter what package you choose, we are there to make sure that the monetary and emotional investments that you have placed in your day are protected. We will handle logistics and vendor coordination as well as get to know you and your partner to best serve you on your wedding day--whether that means keeping your long winded uncle from the toast mic or making sure that your personal decor is in its proper place.
Why are there so many names for “Day Of Coordination”?
Our “Day of Coordination” is best described as Wedding Management because we start working with you and your partner two months before your big day. We will meet to learn about everything you and your partner have planned and tie up any loose ends. We take over vendor communication, create a timeline/floor plan leading up to the event and run your rehearsal. Of course, we are there for the entirety of your wedding, setting up and breaking down of decor items as well as directing the event, managing vendors and liaising with guests and the wedding party. In order to do this effectively, we need plenty of time to prepare, meaning “Day of Coordination” is much more than day-of.
What is the difference between a wedding coordinator and a venue Coordinator?
The venue coordinator is an expert on the venue and are an integral part of your vendor team. They handle anything directly related to the facility, from stocking the bathrooms and setting up ceremony/reception chairs to controlling the air conditioning to locking the doors at the end of the night. While a wedding coordinator takes care of everything else. We are the point of contact for other vendors, manage the timeline and coordinate all other logistics for your event. We are here to make everyone’s jobs easier and to make sure that you, your partner and your guests are taken care of.

Have wedding, will travel. We plan weddings from the Carolina Foothills to the Triangle, but are always looking to work with sweet couples. Have an exciting location? Let us know!
What if I am planning from out of town?
Not a problem! We are well equipped to plan with couples remotely by working within your schedule, making the most of your time in the area and manage stress that comes with planning from afar.

While we definitely have our favorites, we work within your style and budget to curate a vendor team that is not only unique to you both, but will produce amazing work with great service.
What is Transparent Pricing?
We know budgets are hard. With that we have placed our package prices clearly in our brochure in order for you and your partner to make the right decision for you. It is an investment, and we will work tirelessly to make sure that we earn your trust and your business. Special consideration will be made for elopements, weddings with guest lists under 60 people and philanthropic causes.
